Appointments are binding. This means that no other client can stand in if an appointment is canceled at short notice. Therefore, sessions that are not canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment will be charged.
The services I offer are VAT-free in accordance with §19 UstG and § 4(14) UstG.
As a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, I run a private practice in Ulm. If you are privately insured or have supplementary insurance, please check with your health insurance company whether it will cover the costs (possibly proportionately) – this applies exclusively to EMDR, as this is a form of therapy recognized by the health insurance funds.
